Luca Dall’Amico - Don Giovanni

Among the most interesting singers of the new generation, young and upcoming bass Luca Dall’Amico was chosen by Riccardo Muti for the role of Agamemnon in Iphigénie en Aulide at the Opera in Rome. Right after he made his debut at La Scala in Milan in Assassinio nella Cattedrale by Pizzetti. Among his past commitments: La Cambiale di Matrimonio and L’Education Manqué at the Wexford Festival, La Sonnambula in Graz, La Forza del Destino and I Lombardi alla Prima Crociata at the Sferisterio in Macerata, L’Italiana in Algeri in Vicenza and Il Trovatore in Ravenna. Luca Dall’Amico regularly worked with conductors as Riccardo Muti, James Conlon, Bruno Bartoletti, Corrado Rovaris, Gianluigi Gelmetti. Particularly appreciated for his remarkable stage presence, Luca Dall’Amico performed in Macbeth Nabucco under the baton of Riccardo Muti at the Teatro dell'Opera in Rome; Le Nozze di Figaro in Ancona; Barbiere di Siviglia, La Traviata, Rigoletto, La Bohème, L’Africaine, La Clemenza di Tito in Venice; Madama Butterfly and Tosca in Torre del Lago; Petite Messe Solennelle in Rome.

Luca Dall’Amico starred in concert at the Ravenna Festival, Riccardo Muti conducting, and again with Muti in Chicago with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. Recent engagements include Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Simon Boccanegra and I Capuleti e i Montecchi in Venice; Les Pécheures des Perles at the Teatro Regio in Parma; Aida (Ramphis) in St. Margarethen; Il Campiello in Florence; Rossini’s Stabat Mater in Liverpool. Luca Dall'Amico was on tour in Japan with the Teatro dell'Opera in Roma, singing in Simon Boccanegra and Nabucco.

Future plans include: Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Florence; Falstaff in Chicago and Turandot in Liège; a Gala Concert at the Quirinale in Rome, Riccardo Muti conducting

Matteo Macchioni - Don Ottavio

Young and promising artist, he made his debut at the Teatro Verdi in Salerno as Nemorino in L’Elisir d’Amore under the baton of Daniel Oren; he then performed Il Conte d’Almaviva in Il Barbiere di Siviglia at the Festival Internazionale in Stresa. Mr  Macchioni was a finalist at the “Pavarotti international voice competition” (2008) and at the Toti Dal Monte Contest in Treviso (2012). He recorded for the label Sugar. A member of the Opera Studio in Genoa, he performed such operas as Le Nozze di Figaro (Don Basilio), Madama Butterfly (Goro) and Il Barbiere di Siviglia (Almaviva) at the Teatro Carlo Felice. Last summer he starred in Il Viaggio a Reims(Libenskof) at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro and recently he sang Il Barbiere di Siviglia(Almaviva) in Padua; Adriana Lecouvreur in Como, Pavia, Cremona and Sassari; Rossini’s Stabat Mater in Reggio Emilia; Il Barbiere di Siviglia in Leon; Billy Budd in Genoa.

Plans include: I Pagliacci in Como; La Gazza Ladra in Pesaro; Le Nozze di Figaro for the As.Li.Co circuit (Como, Cremona, Brescia, Pavia, Bergamo); Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Don Giovanni in Clermont Ferrand and on tour in France; La Cenerentola in Leipzig.
